There is a growing trend among non-profit and charitable organizations to build a holistic view of their prospects using donor lists and third-party data sources that offer behavioural and lifestyle information. But how do you integrate all that data to create one view? This session will review time-tested practices for combining multiple data sources and augmenting your understanding of what motivates prospects to give. We’ll explore how to access any available in-house donor data and integrate that information with external data sources to identify your best prospects and engage “lookalike” prospects. And we’ll discuss ways to incorporate data-driven insights into an effective marketing campaign. The presentation will feature case studies that demonstrate how donor/prospect data, primary research and external data can be used to optimize your omni-channel media campaign.
